I'd like to know specific lists of daily herbs and supplements for different people with different problems at different ages and a few one-size-fits-all stuff like DE.
I'm bummed that I can't use bitters because I had my gall bladder removed, and I'm thinking there may be other herbs I shouldn't be taking for some reason or another. A list of contraindications would also be helpful.
