Re: symptoms of hypothyroidism?

The best indicator of thyroid function is basal body temperature.  You will need to take your temperature as soon as you wake up and before you start moving around under the arm.  Use a glass thermometer if possible, and get at least one weeks worth of readings.

You could be borderline hypothyroid, which could explain why you only have some symptoms.  Here is a link to my explanation of doing this.

Your symptoms can also indicate an improperly functioning liver, which can also cause problems with hormones.  Have you tried the bitters to cleanse the liver?  The B vitamins are also important, but make sure to use a complex, not individual vitamins, or get your B vitamins from food.
