I started last sunday a water fast, the idea was to finish it until completion however for social activities I had to brake it finishing thr 5th. day with orange juice and the second day plain fruit. However I am not hungry at all and I am starting to feel nauseaus, I am very tempted to restart the fast right away until my body tells me when to eat, is this a good idea? or re-starting my fast is not recomended?
Plese help!.
