Re: Issues with hot&cold showers and solutions for fungus?

I agree with everyone's suggestions on the hot/cold and what may be a fungal infection.

I'd also suggest taking Black-Walnut hull tincture internally for the fungal infection (these things must be hit from within & without)....of course the garlic & cayenne are something to be done daily internally.

Also, garlic contains inulin (a prebiotic), and is actually used in some countries to replenish intestinal flora.

I don't necessarily know if I agree with your "adrenaline theory" (I've just never seen that issue mentioned regarding hydrotherapy, and I've done quite a bit of research).

Anytime we increase circulation throughout the body, we're likely to "feel the clog" (and the results of 'unclogging') in whatever area/system is compromised. However, in cases of heart weakness/compromise, it IS best to use logic & care - so if you experience heart palps/arrhythmias, definitely take it back down to warm/cool instead of hot/cold.

If "heart" is an issues, cayenne & hawthorn daily is a MUST.

Whenever you have time, post a complete update on what you've been doing/eating/juicing and taking the last month or two, and any cleanses/flushes. I'm (as always) VERY concerned that you're not being as aggressive as you need to be being - and that you're trying to work on things "on part at a time" (which can be very 'backward' and delay healing and worsen symptoms/issues).

Healthiest of blessings -
