Re: how do you make kefir?
Here is where I buy my yogurt and kefir
grains~~
http://www.iherb.com/Search?kw=yogourmet
I use the yogurt maker they sell~~

What I like is that there is nothing added
but whatever I add to the organic milk. I
like honey~~ :)
I do like sauerkraut but untimately like the
homemade yogurt too. I add different strains
of probiotics also to my fermented and
cultured foods.
iherb has a great International shipping rate~~

pounds (1361 grams). The favorite shipping method for our valued customers in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Very reliable. Please note: If you choose international mail delivery, you will not be able to track your order.

If you have never used iherb before
you can shave that shipping price using
a promo code BES696 to knock $5 off your
total.
Also, I have never used kefir to start
a batch of it, but I have used a couple
of spoons of yogurt to start yogurt. I
like getting more out of my efforts now
so it is worth paying a little and
getting the starter.
Happy Culturing~~

Zoe
