Cat with allergy, pathogens after 2 vet visits - please help

How would one rid a cat's body of pathogens that have invaded either through air or through ingestion? Is there a protocol for detoxing that is safe to use on a feline? Her symptoms are weakness (malaise) pain in the inner ear and/or with itching. I have taken her to 2 conventional vets within the last month - blood and urine tests are ok. Her ears examined under microscope revealed bacteria and fungus.

I was given ear wash, drops and oral Antibiotics and a bag of hypoallergenic kibble to give her as the vet is convinced it is due to food. However, we live in a very dry climate, with many pollutants - that's one - and the other thing is that she eats raw and cooked meat and fish - but I did give her some dairy baby formula when all of this started. Stupid me. But it happened. So it could be a culmination of many factors.

If anyone can shed some much needed light on this - and help with guidance - we would much appreciate that.
