You are given the option, take the vaccine or you will be quarantined. If you are infected already, take treatment or be quarantined. It is an 'or' statement, so it means you have the option.

The best method to avoid this will be to avoid doctors.
Anyone dumb enough to go to their doctor for help will face the wrath of the WHO. It is similar to the kid who had a court order slapped on him forcing him to take Chemotherapy. Doctors did not go door to door doing CT scans looking for cancer, he went, voluntarily, and asked for there help. That is the trap.

These NWO people subscribe to a satanic philosophy, they are forbidden to violate a law they call 'free will'. That means they will never force you, but they can use any tactic to trick you into accepting there agenda. This is how they will justify the Genocide. They did not 'force' anyone to take the death vaccine. They made an offer, and you accepted it. The legal phrase, 'Let he who be fooled, be fooled' is what this is all about.
