good quality oil of oregano source, anyone?

Hi, Could anyone recommend a good quality oil of oregano capsule? I know NOW foods makes one, but I haven't had good luck with that brand in the past. Also, Maybe a good quality pau darco capsule, also.

We are supposed to rotate the herbs, right? Do we rotate the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract also? I have a Gut Fora Complex capsule with 4 good herbs in it, but what good does that do if we are supposed to be rotating them? Tweet
