On frequencies, use only one to reduce exposition (on beginning) and if 7mn is too much, reduce to 3mn or 1mn, on 7-20 sequence.
30kHz is so fast you feel very little.
2.5kHz and 15Hz are slow enough to let your body feel a tingling.
This doesn’t means they are stronger, but only that you are able to feel them more.
Let your comfort be your guide.
15Hz only should be good to start with.

If side effects are TOO disturbing FOR YOU
It is because the session is TOO strong FOR YOU.
Decrease the exposure and / or
Postpone for 1 or 2 days the following sessions,
Until your body takes control again of its cleansing
Remember this when, after a while forgetting your zapper, you use-it again.
