This was the hardest thing for me to get through my head for the longest time.
Had been brainwashed into thinking magnesium was more important than calcium and that just is not the case.
Large doses of magnesium will help you feel good for a time but after the calcium starts being booted out of balance you are worse off than you started.
Kept experimenting over and over and the Truth kept slapping me in the face.....Calcium is needed first.
Getting enough calcium can be difficult at times. Right now I'm back up to taking 2-3 drinks a day to make sure I get enough while taking care of my Dad....it keeps me going.
