I know that you should focused on the food you are eating, and eat mostly raw, but I would like to know how many calories you need to eat to help me have a better picture in my mind of my refeeding time. I know that many of you believe that calories don't matter if you diet is rich in vegetables, but it is a really helpful guideline to me. Usually in order to maintain my weight I eat 1400-1500 calories a day. How much should I eat on the days just after I broke my fast? And how much should I eat a week after?
