Re: Is OP safe for enamel on teeth?

Hi thanks for you reply. I have gotten off of commercial toothpaste (last used colgate) but now I am looking for an alternative. I don't know if you can brush with organic unrefined coconut oil but I like it alot. I would use it regularly but I think it is acidic and that makes me nervous. I like to brush with Sea Salt but I eat so much salt that I don't want to brush with it too because of the absorption.

I just washed with mouth with warm Sea Salt and I feels clean. I like that it is alkaline and all natural. But same concern here with my sodium intake.

I am puzzled about my sensitivity. I will continue to OP for now and hope that it gets better.
