Is OP safe for enamel on teeth?

Hi, I just started OP for about 5 days and I have very sensitive teeth especially when I put the oil in my mouth and even when swishing.

Will the oil erode my teeth enamel? My teeth feel alot smoother. Is the OP taking off any tooth structure? Does anyone know the pH of unrefined organic seasame oil?

Also I have a burning white tongue. Maybe candida? I also have alot of soft plaque on my teeth. No matter how much I brush, floss I cannot get rid of it. I literally scape it off. Tried to brush it off. Not really working. I started taking taking B-12 yesterday.

What is the most effective way to rinse? I have been rinsing 2-3 times with regular water and somethimes with baking soda.

Thanks.
