Re: Water fasting vs raw

A raw "eat to live" but properly combined and high-water -content-nutrient-dense-diet, should accomplish more weightloss than a water only fast.

Water only fasts will lower the metabolism of the body as a way of conserving food reserves, resulting in less weightloss and/or a stagnated weightloss during parts of its length.

The above diet will also maintain a normal and higher level of metabolism and allow the body to "burn" more calories.

High-water-content-raw-foods match the ratio of water within the body which is approx' 70% and maintain that water ratio without gaining fat.
Eat also only according to appetite, which could be as little as one or two meals per day. Skip breakfast. Eat only at lunchtime and dinner or when the body is demanding food and the weight should fall away.

It is only within recent times that eating three square meals per day became the norm', but for centuries was only one sometimes two meals per day.
