I really don't want to spend my life worrying about every little thing I eat and drink. I have a friend who loves to bake, she even makes me gluten free cakes. I figure what the heck, it won't hurt me to eat cake now and then and it sure makes her happy when people enjoy her food. The buddhists say, "Life is so hard, how can we be anything but kind", so I think eat cake, have a ciggy, drink your coffee, every now and then, and if you feel you have to atone for your acts (I don't), then drink vege juice for a week and go for a 5km run.
