Just getting some opinions on what you guys think would result in great weight loss for a 30 day period. Water Fasting for 30 days or eating a raw "Eat to Live" diet, only veggies and fruits. No matter if I do the fast or the raw diet, raw is the way I will continue to eat after the 30 day period. Just wondering which you think will result in a greater weight loss over the month!
