Here is a true story.

I went to a health and food store owned by a pharmacist specialized in vitamins and supplements. I had been a client to that place for several years. I asked if he add or could get me some foodgrade H2O2. He asked me why I would need such. I told him it was to be used internally. He told me to not touch it. He said that using it internally was like to use a powerful gun to kill a flying bird while blindfolded. Very hard to attain the objective, hence too dangerous. He also did not want to order it because he said it is too dangerous to manipulate.

I did not pursue furthermore the discussion. I was able to find some by other means. So, why did he say what he said to me? My only answer to that depends on how much I trust this man. So, given my trust, I would say he probably believed what he told me. Given the reliance of modern medicine to medical drugs, why would he have learned the benefits of H2O2 that cost nothing?

Same with someone I know who gets injections in the knees for arthritis. Why would the specialist learn about pH balance when otherwise, he could not recommend those very expensive drugs and earn hundreds of thousands of dollars a year as a specialist?

Back about H2O2. From what I read so far, H2O2 when taken internally, I.e. diluted in a glass of water for drinking should be diluted to a concentration between 0.05% and 0.50% ( I.e betweem 1/60th and 1/6th the 3% concentration). For external use, the concentration should not exceed 3%, and could be better if lower ie. Between 1.0% to 1.5%.
