Hello. I wanted to thank you, as I believe it was your posts in Water Fasting which enabled me to resolve some issues I was having with my raw food diet. I became very wrapped up in keeping raw and lost sight of supplying my body with nutrient dense greens, as they are rather tough for me to eat raw. Dr. Fuhrman suggested soups, although cooked, it has increased my consumption of vegetables overall. Plus, I find it hard to be without warm foods in the colder months. Some say this will improve the longer one stays raw and the higher the percentage of raw. But his reasoning really resonates with me.
