at the moment like i said im taking alot of probiotics and eating yoghurt to rebuild my imunity .
but ive read about the liver and bile thing and souch and i think like some of you guys said i have to work on my liver.
what is safe to work on while on probiotics so i dont kill the good bacteria?
should i do liver cleanse or liver detoxing herbs like dandelion milk thistle barberry?
Also i think i need some sort of fibre suplement or somthing becouse i do not shit verry often and i feel constipated alot of the time no wonder i have alot of shit and red skin dots on my skin my toxins has no other way to go and the liver is toxic and my colon is slugish.
so tips about how to get started with the liver with out hurting the good bacteria im curently taking.
and i have a fibre suplement at home it contains .
psyllium seed husk, artichoke (feeds good bacteria).
and it have a blend of greens: spirulina. barley and barley juice. alfaalfa and alfalfajuice. lecitin. blueberry extract. applefiber. chlorella. pektin.
papayaleaf, nettle leaf.zucchini.russian root.astragalus root.rosehip.green tea extract.kelp.bipollen.acidophilus.termofilus.bidifum brevis.faecium.bulgaricus.<<< good bacteria in it to.
beetroot. and citric acid .
i heard bad things about citric acid and its psyllium seed husks in it and some bipollen and bluberry is this safe you think or should i avoid it?
if so what good fiber suplement can i use.
also does clove kill good bacteria?
or should i go for robert grays intestinal bulking agent 2 or 3?
also i am taking digestive enzymes and HCL acid . how can i improve my digestion even more ? are plant based enzymes any good? i am eating a nice borth chicken soup twice a day its really easy to digest =).
does all this comes in the way for the probiotic build up im currently doing?
