Hi blackswan yes i have alot of stress and ofcourse i feel sad from time to time ive bean thru alot since i hit the teens not things i want to discuss on a openforum tho.
i just started taking yoga class last week and soon i will learn and have my own programme to do every morning for 45 min to 1 hour like you said.
i have this book called beat candida cookbook that says that i should try to eat as little salt as possible becouse it stimulats the adrenals to realese its sugarstores or somthing and candida will thrive on that i dont know if its true or not but i guess i could try just with lemon and warm water.
and i think what you say is true that you wont heal just by taking a bunch of expensive suplements you have to adress your imbalances both fysical and psychological.
i do eat 1 apple on a empty stomach once a day some say DO NOT eat any fruit it will make your candida worse but since i started i havnt feelt any change.
the hard thing for me with candida knowing what makes me worse or better is impossible unless i eat the things that aggrivates everyones candida like chocolate yeast moldy food etc , becouse the only symptoms i have is the tinitus and the skin rashes in general then i have the brainfog lack of memory but my symptoms are there all the time and they dosnt change unless i eat yeast and stuff and i become sick for a few days or depressed so thats hard.
i am eating a excellent borth thats very tasty and said to heal leaky gut i have been eating it for just 1 week yet so i dont know if it will but its from jordan s rubins book restore your digestive health you should try it!.
why cant i eat fat so im not able to eat seeds like hempseeds, pumpkin sesame flax sunflower then either?
i dont have mouch fat on my body is taking away the small amount i get really helpfullfor me?
