Re: my mom and her Alziemers

Yes DSR, there are many homes where the patients are abused but then there are the good ones. I understand that the mere fact that you have to make the step would play on your mind and your soul.

It is not about you though, it is what is best for your mom. If you can afford to bring a nurse to your home then do that. But she would not be under a doctors care. She has progressed so much since we last talked. Losing bladder control is a big problem and something that is dealt with in many homes such as having to bathe them. Having to clean them after they go to the bathroom. I know, my ex-husband not Mo, worked in a nursing home.

So pray about this and do what is best for your Mom. What does your family and your Mom want. Do they plan to help you. Fine they are calling the cops but what are they doing to help? I hope that everyone pitches in and yes this scares me as I hope it is not for me too.

Take care and Allah help you.

Sara
