I suspect that the vegetables your baby is eating are not of the best quality. So, in one of the post above, ML tels how to counter NPNs (non-protein nitrogen, or incomplete proteins).

See also about sucking a spoon of BSM. BSM will provide a lot of minerals. Also why not some kelp in the baby food? Also, Grain(s) of ES?

Why don't you buy some pH paper and measure the baby's saliva (and urine pH) to confirm that he is acidic. You will be able to monitor better the progress when applying some of the protocols.
