I take half of one and cut it into chunks and freeze the chunks to make slushies with. I then divide the chunks in 3 bags. I take one bag a day and make 2 big slushies with them. YOu need only to add some water to the chunks and pulse until you have a fine icy drink. No Sugar or anything and they are delicious.
Now with the 2 and 1/2 watermelons left divide them into 2 days. IN the morning when you wake up you need to eat a large portion up to 1/2 as you will be weak from not eating and then thru out the day eat the other portion left and make 2 slushies. Eat nothing else.
What I am doing is adding the Dr. Henry Broth to it as it is a solid detox.
