Re: facial hair psychology

But can you love her with facial hair? If you can't accept her readily with what she has now, could you bear it if, as is likely, she gets more over the years?

Everyone is different -- some women have more, some have less. At fourteen and fifteen I had more facial hair than most of the boys my age -- though admittedly no sideburns. By fifteen I was shaving my mustache every day. It didn't stop me getting a boyfriend and marrying. Interestingly, when I got pregnant the hair growth slowed right down for more than twenty years. But my point is that my husband accepted right from the beginning that my facial hair was "part of the package." I have quite a number of (female!) friends who shave every day. Their husbands are happy to accept that.

You should be able to talk about such things, if she's the right girl for you. Or that's how I see it.
