You are most welcome. I'm glad to help you in any way I can....and if I can't we will ask ML for his direction, which we may just do when it comes to understanding things about the refractometer better. Here is a little advise ML gave me at one time. http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1283800
Practice with very juicy fruits and vegetables until you get the hang of it. You can find the reading on the far left side of the scale. Much practice will help you see the difference in the blue line you see, whether it is a fuzzy line or a sharp line.

You may start a new thread anytime you wish. It sometimes helps to start a new thread so more people will see your message and respond with an answer. If you reply to an older one, no one may see it. Plus we like to think that any problem you would like answers to, there may be many others out there who would appreciate the same answer. So it's up to you.

Looks like you have been busy searching for places to buy. That's good and thanks for the links, for that will be helpful to others searching in the UK.

I don't think I understand what you mean about sleep. Did the Milk of Magnesia make you sleepy? I know the baths can sometimes make one sleepy but I don't understand the MOM doing that. You are just gargling with it right? Because if you swallow it, the magnesium may make you sleepy and relaxed but it will also give you loose bowels. I have never heard anyone say it made them feel sleepy by just gargling with it but perhaps you have been needing magnesium for a while and the small amount you are getting is either absorbing through the skin or being accidently swallowed just a little bit.

If you are needing magnesium this much then you will need calcium from the alkalizing drink even more.

About using the H202. I don't know if ML recommends spraying in the nostrils....but I could be wrong about that. You may want to start a new thread and ask him, but the spraying of 3% H202 in the mouth and gently inhaling as you spray will help your head area and your lungs. The finer the mist the better. You don't want big droplets of H202 going into the lungs.

Thank you for your concern about the forum. Please keep it and ML in your prayers and kind thoughts so he can continue to help people learn to take some control in their health without going broke doing it. :)
