Concentrated Sugar will stimulate adrenals, that is why colas can be "addicting", but fruit would be much better, being a natural source. However if you are hypoadrenic and suffer chronic fatigue, it may be detrimental to your electrolyte balance to eat high-potassium fruits and veg's in the morning. Salt would be more satisfy in the morning,i.e., sodium/potassium balance.
