constipation causes all of those symptoms from toxins entering the bloodstream when you are constipated, aside from what could be causing the constipation ( parasites candida genetics, i dont know.)
but what i do know is that "healthy people" according to regular md's have at least one bowel movement a day, to naturopaths and other alt-health folks "healthy people" have up to 3-4 bwel movements a day depending on what they eat. you say you have one every three days?
so id say, and i dont think there is any better advice than this: eat a a large serving of veggies at every meal...preferably anything raw and steamed leafy greens like kale, collards, chard. that have lots of nutrition and lots of FIBER.
that should help, but you have to do it at EVERY meal. after that. id try to eat whole foods, that also have lots of fiber: beans, rice, lentils, more veggies.
and if that doesnt work, then you can try low-carb candida diets..
