but how about the yolk being so full of stuff like calcium,
hydrogen peroxide,B Vitamins,B6,selenium,B1,B2,and more
that is good stuff for a senior citizen to eat for breakfast.
I try to get the fertilize organic kind to eat.
Someone said if you are going to work out in the fields to go ahead and eat the white protein part.
My next favorite protein is buffalo patty or 4 to 5 oz steak or buffalo strips (like bacon).
Last is healthy organic red meat that says hardly fat.
besides smoothies or apples and nut butter or some oats
there is not too much more I can feed the family.
One time I made tuna for breakfast and salmon for breakfast when the guy selling skin stuff said to eat more
omega oils and protein for breakfast.
