Don't be to hard on your self. The first week is the hardest. Next time you have 7 days all to your self where you don't have to do pretty much anything. Try it. My first week was a nightmare. I could only cope by smoking and i was lucky that I was working part time. But once I got over the hump I was on a high. I could do anything I wanted any time. I had so much energy in me that barely anyone could keep up and I'm overweight and a smoker. I used to get so restless that I had to leave the house to go for a walk.
That's an another idea. Any time you have a craving go outside. I'm lucky enough to live near a park. When ever I suffer from cravings i go to the park walk around a bit and sit down for 20 minutes listening to music and downing a bottle of water.
