Re: How long before I know I am cured???

I would definitely be concerned about coming off the diet too early. I did the same thing about 2 years ago. I was on the Candida diet for quite some time along with doing a Colonic/ Anti Candida program. After the program was over I felt better than I had for 10 years. I decided to break the diet and a majority of my symptoms came back within a month. I have now been on the Candida diet religiously for ( I can't even remember how long ) and I now feel fantastic once again. I have no intentions on breaking the diet for a very long time. Who knows, I may never revert back to my old eating habits. I do not feel deprived what's so ever. The only thing in the past I missed was dessert. Now that I make my own desserts free of any side affects I am good to go for a very long time.
