Hey Kalia, I'm so glad to hear back from you. Sounds like you and your Mum are starting an exciting health journey together. How blessed she is that you care for her so much.
Well, when I got the word from ML that we can use regular non-foodgrade hydrogen peroxide (H202) I was very excited. I thought I was being a rebel by using the regular. All the time thinking that the foodgrade was the only safe, correct way to go. So if you can find the regular 3% H202, that would work just fine.
I have heard that people in the UK sometimes have problems finding much of ingredients that we easily find here in the U.S., so I hope you will find a good source for each thing you need.
Here in the U.S. we find H202 in pharmacies and grocery stores. I can find higher % H202 at beauty supply stores but caution is needed in measuring because it is very strong and can burn the skin, just like the 35% H202.
Espom salt is also something we find at pharmacies, grocery stores and home lawn centers but soap making websites was not a place I have ever looked before....so thank you for finding a place for people in the UK to find some. I'm just so sorry you have to buy so much at one time. I normally just bring home 1.36Kg (3 lbs)at a time. But the good thing is, that if you plan on taking many baths with the epsom salts, you will be glad you bought that much. Saves you from having to constantly go to the store or order online. If you are only going to be using espom salt in your drink and not use it in the bath, then I would look for another source for a smaller amount since it only takes a pinch in your drink/water.
If LD Di shows up on this forum, make sure you ask her about chemical sensitivity. She is having good success so far using this protocol.
Wow, you already have a garden going....you are so far ahead of most people here. Let us know when you start figuring out how to grow high brix foods. Many of us are still working on that one.
So glad you and your Mum are joining us. I wish you two all the best and hope you will share what you learn with us and be a part of this forum. God bless. :)
