Yes, our teacher was very theatrical in his demonstration of a drunken worm unwilling to eat :)
After not feeding for a while they loose grip and come out, no tangled mess no balls no blockage.

Something, someone wrote down 1000 years ago appears to be forgotten...I mentioned this several times now in relation to frequency Hulda Clark wrote about an Ascaris still showing some frequency for up to 6 weeks after treatment...but what do us nutty people know...pass some drugs and a surgeon...
