As long as you have no ill effects. Like upset stomach, swelling, inflammation or any other discomfort. Just don't take anymore than is needed if you're having good results. 7 drops at one time is plenty.
Person A might do well working up to 15 drops 3 times per day. Person B might do well working up to 6-12 drops once per day and doesn't like it in their system 24/7. Person C might do well taking 3 drops 6 times per day.
