Yes, they seem to work as entrainment
exercises. I also can recommend using
a bedtime ritual. I like using geranium
or lavender oil too as a trigger to
prepare my body for sleep. I have an
essential oil diffuser but something as
simple as putting a drop in your palm
and rubbing your hands together and
then inhaling deeply will trigger a
positive reaction with your olfactory
nerves.

I will also use herbal teas, chamomile
or Sleepy Time are good. I also have Yogi
Tea Night-Night. It takes time to unwind
and teaching myself to do that and to
give myself the time to do that has
really helped. A hot soak with epsom
salt will also take the fight out of
you.
