Hey Kalia, don't worry about the water of your pH. Concentrate on the quality and brix of your foods you eat. You can do this by purchasing a refractometer off of ebay. Do a search on this forum to find out more about it.

The ACV will automatically make the pH of the enema water acid. The acid water helps the colon flush out the problem of constipation.
