Yes, that was a wondeful read. Not only was it it refeshing, but also empowering. One of course must eventually eat, and food choices can be daunting. Not only that, but food is marketed to increase profits not promote health. Makes one very suspect. One can easily fall prey, and forget their main odjective is not my health. That is my responsibility. I believe they do want people to be uninformed and overwhelmed. What better way to ensure profits than having them make the decision about what to eat? I believe there are many obstacles to healthy eating, and I'm glad to see that long term success is achievable.May we all be able to reach that goal.
