Hello Jolie,

Q. Can fasting permanently damage your facial muscles?

A. No. Absolutely not; but starvation will.
There is a significant difference between the two physiological processes.

Muscle loss is only minimal whilst fasting, (protein sparing) and where post-fast, a rounder/fatter looking face is only achieved if too much weight is regained; in other words........too much fat......and not muscle.
