Is Kratom Safe?

I posted this yesterday but cant seem to find it again, apologies if this breaks Forums Rules .
I have heard so much about Kratom now, mainly from Kratom based web sites. It seems to be an amazing pain reliever but may have addictive properties. I am trying to get information first hand from anyone who has experience of Kratom. It seems to be some kind of wonder pain reliever, maybe to good to be true? Tweet
