If it was me, i would back up all the way to live juice only for several days (and some fresh vegetable broths) before even eating whole fruits and i think the porridge, however light, is too much too soon as well. If i reach 28 days, i plan to break it with 7 days of nothing but juice and broth before even biting into a grape. 28 days is a pretty long time fore the digestive system to be in slumber... and it will take time before it is ready to digest without being easily overwhelmed.
