For those that have the Biotuner BT7, which setting would be best for someone who has panic attacks upon sleeping ?
I have normally used only # 2 and haven't always been successful in keeping the anxiety thoughts away..
Can I used # 1 or #3.. or do these give energy ?
I normally have used these settings during the day..
Also when is the best time to use the biotuner for sleep..
is it just before bed or several hours before ?
