Day 2 and all is well. I did have a tough time last night, but did not succomb. I have a condition that as best I can tell, is called Night Eating Syndrome. I do not binge, and I am not sleep-walking. I am semi-conscious -- enough to know what I am doing, but not enough to totally refrain. This almost always occurs before 1:00 a.m., and happens when I wake up to use the restroom. The foods that I crave at this time is usually something rich like peanut butter, or a dense carbohydrate like a granola bar. Typically, after a few days on MC, I sleep very well. When not cleansing, I struggle with this condition. I am not obese (6'2" 210), and again, I do not binge. I am talking about 250 calories or so. Nonetheless, doing this night after night is not good for me when I try to eat healthy during the day.
