One of my main goals in fasting was to reset my tastebuds and appetite--I frequently overeat--so I'll have to wait until I'm a bit out of the fast until I know whether I have accomplished this. I do well with very strict guidelines, but I'm sick of having to constantly think about food and restrict myself. I'm hoping the fast will lead to more positive habits.
I definitely feel healthier which is great. Just need to start exercising more :-) I'll try to keep updates coming!
