Depending upon your starting weight and sodium content you will likely lose 10-20 pounds of temporary water weight which you can expect to have back within 2-3 weeks of breaking your fast. In a person who began the fast with a ton of excess sodium and thus a ton of excess water, it could even be a lot more than 20 pounds.
In my best estimate, i have lost 2-3 pounds of intestinal contents and 10-11 pounds of water so far in 16.5 days of fasting having started at 192 and with what i believe would have been a normal and not excessive level of sodium. I know with a high degree of certainty that this 13 pounds will be back soon upon refeeding as these are well known to be temporary losses.
Aside from this, we should eat nutritionally and sensibly and strive for any weight gain to be in the form of muscle, not fat.
