Could my sores be herpes?

I was exposed to herpes 5 days ago. I have two sore on my thighs and they are a little itchy. I saw a white head on one so maybe just pimples. I usually do not get pimples on my body but I do sometimes. Also you know how sometimes your skin gets sensitive just before a zit forms, well there's a spot like that in my pubic hair area. Plus this morning I felt warm when the house was cool. I'm scared I think I have herpes. Can it happen in only 5 days or not? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Tweet
