Re: probiotics
If your liver isn't producing enough bile because it's congested, then I would start with the liver flushes, then your body tells you somewhere down the line when it's time to clean out the colon. When the colon is cleaned out after the liver is cleaned out, that's when you see the bugs go. It takes a while. Depends on what condition the colon is in, too, how long that takes. It does take a while to soften up the junk on the colon walls and for it to come off and be expelled. It all depends on how bad off you are to begin with. No one can predict how much dewormer you're going to need because we don't know how long it's going to take you to clean out your liver. There are no set rules for that. It's a different time element for everybody. It's unpredictable. I'd stay on the barefoot stuff until my liver was cleaned out. I'm staying on it indefinitely as a basic dewormer. If you start the MMS before your liver can process out the junk, it might make you sick. I left the MMS to when my liver could process the stuff from my blood, lymph and tissues with no problem. I didn't worry about the probiotics until my colon was cleaned out a lot. The order of cleanisng is: colon, liver, blood, lymph and tissues. The only reason some start with the liver is because they are in trouble from it being very congested or there's gallbladder problems and it becomes a priority. Then the colon cleanse is started quite a ways down the road after the liver is opened up. The body can't get rid of too many toxins at a time. Open up the liver and there will come a time when the lymph dumps along with the blood and tissues. That happens with the very ill and that's about the time they start the colon cleanse. It's basically knowing what is best for YOU as the individual to start with first, whether it's colon OR liver. It's the liver for terminal and the very ill people.
Hope this clears it up for you a little. We can't do everything at once.
