I recommend making a delicious treat called Coconut Carob Haystacks, you can find the recipe from a book called RAWvolution.
3 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut.
1/2 cup carob powder
3/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup agave nectar
Melt the coconut oil in a cup in warm water, and stir it up and mix it in.
Use a small measure spoon to form little haystacks of non stick paper, and put them in the freezer. Let them freeze and enjoy, its like chocolate ice cream!
