Well you made it through the first day and part way through the 2nd (or is it all of the 2nd?). For most, these are the most difficult two days in terms of appetite, so congratulations on that.

Each of these are very common detox symptoms. The path to being cleansed includes kicking up some toxins and feeling symptomatic until they are eliminated. But be assured that you are being cleansed and that you will feel amazingly better at the finish than before you started.

Excellent that you have the week off and fantastic choices in how to spend your time in the fast.

On the morning of day 3, you may awaken pleasantly to a feeling of no hunger. This usually happens on day 3 or day 4.
"I am thinking of ending this fast because IMO, water fast is the hardest to follow. Juice fast is still bearable. But water fast makes me feel so lethargic and sick :-("
A juice "fast" detoxes you quite a bit more gradually (about 1/3 as quickly), so these syptoms would certainly be lighter if they exist at all. However, if you want to get through the detox quickly, water fasting is the best way. Generally the first 3 days are the worst for symptoms and you are almost there, so if you are able, you might consider sticking it out... especially since you are off work.

Very good plan for breaking the fast, easing your digestive system gradually back towards more digestively challenging foods.
re: 6 pounds of weight loss in two days, ActionGirl is right that this can't all be fat. You are likely losing about 1/2 pound of fat per day (plus more if you are exercising). Most of the rest of this weight is temporary water loss and a temporarily emptied alimentary canal. But be of good cheer as fasting primarily benefits us in the amazing cleanse it provides
