Enemas should not be used when experiencing abdominal pain

pj, I don't understand why you are having this pain, but I would suggest that you stop taking enemas until you find out the reason. This is not a normal situation. You need a health care practitioner to help you discover the cause of the pain.

Depending on exactly what is going on with your body, enemas might possibly exacerbate your condition.

Uncomfortable fullness and cramping are normal during an enema, but pain is definitely not.

I hope you can get some help,

Warm regards, Val
