repost of unanswered q. from bowel cleanse forum,,,
I have focused on liver flushing, making sure my bowels were moving. Now I'm puzzled. (FOURTH OR FIFTH FLUSH) I flushed, got little stones, and followed up with a colonic, because I was experiencing pain in my upper left area under my ribcage.....
no stones in the
colonic (had little ones in toilet) but lots of long stringy mucous.
Was it because I started using Colosan? I've done more enemas and
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and
parasite stuff in the last two months or so than I've done in the rest of my life. I would have thought the mucous (I eat a pretty mucous free diet, no dairy, little meat, no white flour or white rice, whole grains only) would have passed (and much did ) early on. So I was puzzled when the therapist said I was passing lots of mucous...not much other 'crap'. She said something about a flexor something....the pain is still here, even after the colonic. I feel like reaching under my left front lower ribcage and poking and prodding....I probably should, but I'm not sure what it hurting there.
Anyway, the mucous surprised me. Now I'm not sure if I should keep up with the colosan, liver flushes, etc, or if I back off the flushes and focus on the bowel; doing either the colosan or physillium or What? A "holistic health" practioner, examining my nails, tongue, and eyes, said "You aren't absorbing nutrients still". STILL! I thought after two months plus of cleaning out....sigh.. Maybe the muciod stuff was old? I would have thought I didn't have anything left IN my colon by now.
Someone with the patience/knowledge, please explain.
thanks,
Felicidades,
PJ
Added here: Of course, I did enemas after the flush and before the
colonic I did a coffee enema. I'd say I'm doing 2 to 3 enemas a week, more during flushes. That's why I was so surprised. I only have the resources to do 3 more colonics....for a LONG time....so I'm trying to figure this all out in the next month or two.
After that, I've got to have learned enough to by pass colonics...a friend is giving my some help with the cost, but even then...it's more than I would spend eating out at the health store....in fact, if my health weren't such an issue....hmmm, it's all priorities. My 'political' bumper sticker (imaginary) would read "Pain free in 2006) That's the PLAN.
thanks for your suggestions/help. After i learn all this, I hope to teach my five children, husband, 4 sisters, and friends. But I have to navigate the waters first.
