Yep, I figured mine was defective...and it's the second one like it. I think Wal-Mart got a 'cheaper' supplier, or changed something....or I'm a total klutz.(yes, but other ones have worked before these two). I took one back and got another with the same problem....it's just keeping the one end of the white tubbing on the plug that is used for enemas that is the problem. No one is ever going to complain....too much of a hassle...Maybe I'll visit Wal greens...they are opening a new one in our town in a couple of days....Grand openeing, and I'll buy an enema bottle. Of course, everyone will think it is just a hot water bottle.....lol...
